Bob Ketterlin has over 30 years experience in land acquisition, development and construction. In the Fall of 2007, Bob entered a partnership with Doug Yost (Independent builder and real estate investor) and David Schmutz (Bellevue Director of Country Wide Financial). Their first project was a successful redevelopment of the Morelli Property in Redmond. Since then they have acquired and are developing the 2 acre Shumway Mansion property in Kirkland and a 2 acre property adjoining Pioneer Park in Sequim. Both of these properties are being developed as town-home projects working closely with both the City of Kirkland and the City of Sequim.
 
Before joining the partnership Bob worked for AF Evans in Seattle. While there he was able to gain approval of the first major project (a 16 acre 258 multi-family development) in the City of North Bend in five years by working well with the City of North Bend, Sallal Water Association and the Army Corp of Engineers he was able to get the city to remove the property from the 5 year moratorium (which is still in effect), acquire water rights and wetland approvals. During this time he also purchased a ½ acre site in Seattle and developed, built and sold a 76 unit luxury condominium project on Lake Union in Seattle.

Before AF Evans Bob spent several years as a Senior Project Manager for the National Real Estate Developer, Trammell Crow Residential. Working our of the Kirkland office Bob Developed and built over 2,600 multi-family units in the Seattle area.
